My Journey
My passion for childcare began early on in England, where I was born and attended college, focusing my studies on nursery nursing and early childhood education and development. This foundational education set the stage for my entry into the world of childcare as a nanny, allowing me to experience firsthand the dynamics of living and working closely with families. My journey didn't stop there; I expanded my expertise by working within a nanny agency, and later, dedicating over a decade to supporting families and au pairs as a childcare consultant. This rich background has not only shaped my professional path but also deeply rooted my approach in the comprehensive understanding of childcare from an international perspective.
I believe that the right au pair can transform a household, bringing not just assistance with childcare, but a cultural exchange that enriches the family's worldview. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the nuances of matching families with the right au pair. I prioritize flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to creating successful, harmonious matches that respect the needs and values of both the family and the au pair.
I offer a personal, concierge style service to families who are exploring the au pair program. I am an Independent contractor and I work with one of the largest au pair agencies in the US. My service to families is free whether you decide to host an au pair or not.
